Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power System Engineer Specialist to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in developing project-specific engineering documents and drawings for submission to customers and manufacturers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare electrical schematic diagrams in CAD tools like E3, AutoCAD, or similar software, ensuring accurate representation of control cubical arrangements for high-voltage breakers, capacitor banks, disconnectors, battery energy storage systems, and other HVC-related products.
  • Review SLD, protection, and trip logics of customer/stakeholder requirements, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards.
  • Generate bill of materials (BoM) for modules and products, creating part numbers using SAP, and reviewing schematic diagrams and 2D/3D drawings before submission to customers.
  • Develop guaranteed technical parameters for various high-voltage applications, addressing technical queries from customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SCM, project management, and quality, to understand customer requirements and specifications.
  • Support onsite installation and commissioning colleagues in understanding customer drawings and providing technical assistance.
  • Maintain and update documentation for respective projects, adhering to quality processes.
Your Background:
  • Demonstrate technical interest, enthusiasm, and creativity in developing ideas and solutions, applying a long-term perspective to your work.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Hold a bachelor's or diploma in Electrical Engineering, with 4-6 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Familiarity with design standards in the United States/North America, particularly IEEE, is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
