About the Role

  • Lead the development and implementation of our compliance program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.\r
  • Collaborate with our executive team to drive business results while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.\r
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, staying up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends.\r
  • Provide guidance and support to our teams, ensuring they understand and adhere to regulatory requirements.\r
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure the integrity of our operations.\r
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing detailed analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.\r
  • Stay current with changing regulatory requirements, making adjustments to our compliance program as needed to ensure ongoing compliance.\r

About You

\r
  • \r
  • 8-10 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably within a financial services organization.\r
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth while maintaining regulatory compliance.\r
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including FINRA, SEC, and CSA rules and regulations.\r
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.\r
  • Certifications such as CCO or CFP would be an asset.\r
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10% of the time.\r

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
