Our media team develops and delivers digital media campaigns to reach healthcare audiences (patients and service providers) in the US and Canada. We work across every channel: search, display, video, email, mobile, and more. Our goal is to shape the future of digital health by spreading our clients' messages effectively.

The Role

We're seeking a Digital Health Media Strategist to play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable information. This expert will develop comprehensive media plans, optimize ad campaigns, and foster relationships with key stakeholders to enhance our business success.

  • Media Strategy Development: Analyze data to inform strategy development.
  • Determine the recommended media channel mix for campaigns.
  • Allocate budgets by media channel and monitor spending regularly.
  • Evaluate campaign success and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues, ensuring opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations, Media Finance, Project Managers, Biddable, SEM, Analytics, and Client Services teams.
  • Support reconciliation of discrepancies with vendor partners.

This role requires a strong emphasis on digital media planning experience, with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience. You should be able to draw relevant insights from data to optimize campaigns and drive business results.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
