About the JobWe are a fast-paced restaurant located in the heart of the city, serving delicious meals to our customers. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, inspecting kitchens and food service areas, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and managing kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff and ensuring smooth service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Attention to Detail: Ensure that all dishes are prepared to perfection and presented attractively.
- Fitness Level: Be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively as part of a high-energy team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a Cook at Amaya Express Square One, you can expect:
