We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at 4Sight Group Chartered Professional Accountants. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Asset languages include Arabic, Amharic, and Tigrinya. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
