Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through engaging customer service and creating a welcoming store environment.
  • Develop and implement visually appealing merchandising and window displays that align with brand standards and directives.
