Responsibilities

As a Dental Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting patients as they arrive, ensuring a lasting positive impression
  • Optimizing the appointment schedule to ensure a full day with minimal gaps
  • Effectively managing the recall system and maintaining accurate patient databases
  • Managing patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
  • Processing referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from providers, and managing and filing all patient records and charts
