Job Title: Administrative Support Professional

Job Summary

As an Administrative Support Professional, you will provide top-notch support to key executives at RBC, contributing to the success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records. You will be working closely with senior management to ensure seamless operations and make recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the schedules of senior executives and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparation of reports and presentations
  • Make recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience providing administrative support at the executive level
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
