About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to join our team in a community care setting. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements
  • Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with patients
  • Reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of patients and families
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to travel to patient residences
