About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator Assistant to join our team at FIVE RIVERZ IMMIGRATION CONSULTATION LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and the public, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collect and process necessary information to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Operate the switchboard or telephone system efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Order office supplies in a timely manner to maintain a well-stocked workplace.
  • Record and convey vital information accurately and reliably.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm them with clients, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Process invoices and maintain work records and logs, showcasing your ability to multitask.
  • Receive and disburse payments, handling financial transactions with precision.
  • Respond promptly to telephone calls and relay messages, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Calculate billing charges accurately, ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions.
  • Monitor mobile radio or telephone systems, staying vigilant and responsive to changing situations.
  • Enter data into computer systems with precision and speed, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently exceeding expectations and building strong relationships with clients.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Available to work a permanent schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
