Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations at FOOD FACTORY KITCHEN & CATERING LTD. This is a permanent position, with a competitive salary of $ $55,000 per year and 40 hours worked per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for various events and client orders.
  • Supervise and manage the inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen operations to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • A secondary school graduation certificate.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of menu planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
