We are seeking experienced Healthcare Information Systems Specialists to join our dynamic team at Nordic Global.

As a leading healthcare technology company, we strive to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient care and outcomes. Our team is responsible for the implementation, customization, and maintenance of MEDITECH or Epic Health Information Systems (HIS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement enhancements to the MEDITECH or Epic HIS.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure effective utilization of the HIS.
  • Customize and optimize system configurations to meet the specific needs of our healthcare organization.
  • Collaborate with IT and clinical staff to ensure seamless integration of HIS with other healthcare systems.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and updates related to MEDITECH or Epic HIS.
  • Participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations related to the HIS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with either MEDITECH or Epic HIS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Certification in MEDITECH or Epic HIS is a plus.
