Sales Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Roots Corporation. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our core values and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and adhering to company standards.
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions, process returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
