Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre in Stephenville Crossing, NL.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and support to residents
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and families

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Association of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
