**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Alarm Response Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As an Alarm Response Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating emergency responses for our clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service while remaining calm and focused in stressful situations.
  • Actively listen to callers to summarize key points of information and enter them into our computer system.
  • Seek win-win solutions while maintaining professionalism in cases of healthy conflict.

Requirements:

  • Ability to remain calm and provide direction while responding to emergency situations.
  • Customer service, dispatch, and hospitality experience is an asset.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and follow instructions.
  • Exercise mental flexibility and situational awareness within a team-based environment.
  • Ability to 'Think on your feet' and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingualism (French & English) would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to use Microsoft-based applications.

Hourly Pay Range: $19ph - $22.50ph DOE
