Job Description

As an Associate Dentist, you will work 3 to 4 days a week, Monday to Friday, serving a vibrant patient base of 1500 individuals, including daily walk-ins. You'll have the opportunity to expand your clinical skills while delivering exceptional care to our community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing dental procedures with precision and exceptional care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating effectively with the dental team to prioritize patient well-being and ensure seamless treatment experiences.
  • Educating patients on preventive oral health measures and providing clear explanations of treatment options for informed decision-making.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient records in accordance with professional standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Possession of a valid dental license and relevant certifications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating humility and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
