Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Staff Training and Development: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment that meets our high standards.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina, with standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
