Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk to join our team at 5AAB CONSTRUCTION LTD. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing correspondence.
  • Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
  • Provide customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Organize and schedule office work, including preparing and monitoring contracts and budgets.
  • Store, update and retrieve financial data, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.

Working Conditions
