About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Administrator to join our team at Spectrum Accounting Group Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • To calculate and prepare cheques for payroll accurately and efficiently.
  • To maintain general ledgers and financial statements up-to-date.
  • To perform clerical duties such as maintaining filing and record systems.
  • To manage accounts payable and accounts receivable effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting and payroll processing.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
