Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shift Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Work Scheduling: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
- Financial Management: Prepare and submit accurate budget and cost estimates, ensuring the financial health of the restaurant.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, provide guidance and support to team members, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
As a Shift Manager at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc, you will work in a fast-paced food service environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment or related field.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
