Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Hyungon Kim. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Support clients in regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health and mobility.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring clients receive nutritious food and hydration.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
