Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide thorough diagnostic assessments for adults, ensuring accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
  2. Develop and implement effective psychological treatment interventions for adults and/or couples, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
  3. Maintain high professional practice standards and ethics, adhering to the Ontario College of Psychologists' guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements Include:

  1. Membership in good standing with the Ontario College of Psychologists (CPO).
  2. A minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience post-registration.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in clinical interviewing, diagnosis, and formulation, as well as statistical knowledge.
  4. Proven experience working with adults and participating on an interdisciplinary team.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in technology, including Electronic Medical Records systems and Microsoft 365 applications.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, tailored to your level of credentialing, consisting of a guaranteed daily rate, base salary, or practitioner split models. The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
