Salary:

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on location and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.

About the Role:

The Director, Enterprise Productivity Management plays a key role in driving large-scale transformation initiatives within the organization. This high-impact position reports directly to the Vice President, Global Head of Enterprise Productivity Management, and requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, including emotional intelligence, stakeholder management, partnership, and collaboration/influencing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direction, consultancy, and support to business leaders to identify new opportunities for transformation initiatives.
  • In partnership with other team members, lead and oversee the implementation of transformation initiatives, monitoring progress, budget, scope, quality, risks/issues/dependencies, and benefit realization.
  • Ensure transparent communication regarding the delivery of transformation initiatives, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and financial performance.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication to ensure that collaborators are aware of and supportive of transformation initiatives.
  • Share accountability for the success of transformation initiatives, ensuring timely completion within specified budgets and desired outcomes. Supervise projects to guarantee successful completion within stipulated timeframes and budgets, maintaining optimal performance.
  • Support the development of the EPM practice by developing points of view, conducting roadshows, and promoting strategic thinking, policy development, and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of dynamic management consulting, financial, operating model design, and strategic assessment experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading the execution of large-scale initiatives or programs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence associates at all levels.
  • Demonstrated successful strategic thinking, policy development, and implementation experience.
