At CA09 Labatt Brewing Company Limited, we are looking for a skilled Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Employee Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for administering and enhancing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and addressing employee needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and retirees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage the administration of taxable benefits, insurance, and pension funds, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and improve benefits offerings.
  • Ensure seamless enrollment processes for employees during movements and annual enrollments.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address common problems related to pensions or benefits.
  • Work closely with the payroll team to manage taxable benefits, salary adjustments, and rewards-related matters.
  • Calculate and adjust end-of-year taxable benefits and pensions for employees and retirees.
  • Reconcile payments and conduct audits with vendors.
  • Manage Beer Card/Beer voucher-related activities.
Requirements
  • University degree with a focus on human resources management or a related field.
  • Bilingual (French and English) skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and project management abilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
