About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Kawartha Heights Retirement Living. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resident rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean and tidy, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors.
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other essential items in resident rooms.
  • Respond to resident requests for extra supplies or services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
