Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Leader to oversee the Pharmacy Department at our Westbank location in Kelowna, BC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy dispensary, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy Dispensary, including inventory management, team member scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
- Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive estimated salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
