Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2606107 Ontario Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and prepared for peak periods
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest expectations
- Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve our operations
- Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure that our menu offerings meet customer demand
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service establishment, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality
