We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to join our team at Wedo Enterprise Ltd. in a permanent position.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity and workflow
  • Manage meeting schedules, prepare minutes, and maintain accurate records of company events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced software skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software applications
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
