Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clerical Assistant to join our team at Ridgehill Construction Management Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative and clerical tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
