At triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Instructor to join our team. This is a part-time opportunity with hours of work from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

This position involves delivering quality education to students within the Paralegal program. The successful candidate will utilize various instructional strategies and techniques to meet the individual learning styles of students in a safe and civil learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Taught assigned courses in accordance with course competencies;
  • Took daily attendance and graded class tests, assignments, and exams as required;
Requirements

We are looking for an instructor with:

  • Licensed Paralegal or Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario;
  • Minimum 3 years of related practical experience;
  • Experience with matters in small claims court, contract law, and/or employment law;
  • Proficiency in legal software programs, including Clio;
  • Prior teaching experience is required;
  • Professionalism combined with intermediate MS Office skills, superior communication and organizational skills;
