Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets.

  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure the store is adequately staffed during peak periods.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate and products are easily accessible to customers.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
