Job Description:

As a Hairstylist Specialist at Chatters Salon, you will be responsible for advising clients on beauty care treatments, analyzing hair and scalp conditions, and providing custom hair and scalp treatments. Your expertise will include cutting and trimming hair according to client preferences, shampooing customers' hair, shaving and trimming beards and mustaches, and applying various hair styling techniques such as blow drying, iron waving/curling, permanents, and roller setting.

Hair Colouring Techniques:

You will also have the opportunity to work with different hair colouring techniques including bleaching, dyes/tints, frosting, and streaking/highlights. To succeed in this role, you must be able to work well under pressure, pay attention to detail, and stand for extended periods.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar position, and a strong understanding of hair care and styling techniques. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and possess excellent customer service skills.
