About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Office/Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team at beBee Professionals in Longueuil.

You will work closely with our management team to provide administrative support, handle phone calls, manage emails, and maintain accurate records. Your excellent organizational skills, combined with your proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), will enable you to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing email correspondence, including drafting responses and sending emails on behalf of the team.
  • Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases to ensure seamless data entry and retrieval.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining calendars to optimize productivity.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is essential for this position.
  • A strong understanding of MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and external parties effectively.
