Job Title: Stone Cutter - Monumental Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Stone Cutter to join our team at CANADA INC.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and shaping stone blocks, slabs, and other stone products to meet specifications. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cutting and shaping stone blocks, slabs, and other stone products using manual and mechanical tools;
  • Operating various machines, including saws, grinders, and polishers, to achieve precise dimensions and finishes;
  • Reading blueprints, schemas, and drawings to understand project requirements;
  • Maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring accurate measurements and cuts;
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines;
  • Participating in ongoing machine adjustments and maintenance to ensure optimal performance;
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in stone cutting or related field;
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., stone carving, monumental masonry);
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards;
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, schemas, and drawings;
