We are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at SUSHI HOUSE BANFF. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook sushi dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
  • Supervise and instruct kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of sushi dishes.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Plan menus and ensure that all dishes meet our quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience as a sushi chef in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Excellent knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
