About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Green King Cannabis. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
    • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Operational Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports to track sales performance and revenue.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
