  • Mix and serve drinks to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Check identification and ensure that guests meet the minimum drinking age.
  • Take orders and manage cash and credit transactions.
  • Stock and maintain the bar area, including replenishing supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of drink recipes and ingredients to provide excellent recommendations to guests.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Completed Bartending classes or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification (where applicable).
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
