Director of People and Operations

We are Stafflink, a growing company that values innovation and teamwork. As our new Director of People and Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

About the Role:
The Director of People and Operations will lead our global People Operations team, providing strategic direction and guidance on all aspects of HR policies and procedures. You will develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our mission and values, supporting all people-related matters. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation structures, benefits administration, change management, safety, and more.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the global People Operations team, providing direction and support to individual team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives and programs that align with the company's mission and values
• Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and motivated workforce
• Conduct regular reviews of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
• Leverage HR technology and systems to optimize processes and enhance data-driven decision-making
• Communicate and report on HR metrics and analytics to senior leadership, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement
• Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources

Requirements:
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with specific expertise in talent acquisition, talent management and retention, preferably at a high-growth and fast-paced organization
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a Director of People Operations or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and CPHR designation preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives with a strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Experience with HR systems and technology

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
