Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Alpatech Global Logistics Inc.
Job Summary:The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and process shipping orders and instructions received from customers
- Plan and organize operational logistics, including tracking and completing work orders
- Prepare and submit reports on shipping activities and inventory levels
- Maintain accurate records and logs of shipping activities
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- Follow up on issues with work orders and resolve any discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
