Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Yellowknife Physiotherapy.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include providing customer service, managing switchboard or telephone system, scheduling appointments, sending invoices, receiving and issuing payments, and answering telephone calls and messages.
A strong understanding of computer technology, including electronic schedulers and email systems, is essential for this role. Additionally, the successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative setting, preferably in a call centre environment.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a call centre environment
- Strong computer skills, including electronic schedulers and email systems
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
