Job Title: Floor Cleaning Operations SupervisorEstimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within allocated timeframes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning services, including cost estimates and budget reports.
  • Recommend additional services as required, such as painting or repair work, to maintain the appearance and integrity of our flooring.
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and minimize disruptions.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet operational needs.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cleaning or related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • High level of reliability, initiative, and judgement, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Work is typically performed indoors, with occasional outdoor duties.
