Fire Equipment Maintenance Technician

Foster's Fire & Safety Ltd. is seeking an experienced Fire Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in a permanent position. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fire equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Inspecting fire equipment to identify areas requiring repair or maintenance
- Repairing or replacing defective parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or specialized equipment
- Testing and adjusting repaired equipment to guarantee proper functioning
- Calibrating equipment as needed using hand tools
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including:
