Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Super 8 Castlegar. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that all necessary items are available for housekeeping staff.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
- Staff Development: Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This position is based in a motel environment.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
