Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at DOUGORD Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our sites and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and recommend these to management.
- Maintain Financial Records: Manage and maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations, including budgets and expenditures.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and information required to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning operations are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules that ensure our cleaning staff are able to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Leadership Experience: You will have experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, management, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to achieve better outcomes.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
