About the Job

Western CML Cleaners Ltd is seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional window cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cleaning Equipment: Safely operate industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, and pressure washers to clean windows and other glass surfaces.
  • Provide Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, responding to their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain Equipment and Supplies: Regularly inspect and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. Physically demanding work environment.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, and pressure washers.
  • Certificates and Licenses: Suspended access equipment training and working at heights training.
