About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at THRIVE AUTO COLLISION. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate industrial equipment to remove debris and waste, and perform minor repairs as needed
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and window cleaning
  • Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter months
  • Support the maintenance of our facilities by performing tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
  • Work with contractors to ensure timely and effective repairs and maintenance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Experience in maintenance and repair an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
