Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and comparable positions in Ontario, Canada. However, please note that actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic Environmental Planning team. As an integral part of our operations, you will provide dedicated support to the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and maintenance of office functions. Your administrative skills will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals and deliver innovative environmental projects.

  • You will provide administrative support to the Environmental Planning team, including completing quality reviews, formatting and preparing documents, attending meetings, and updating core documentation.
  • You will plan and coordinate meetings, organize travel arrangements for team members, and provide general administrative assistance to other project teams and business units.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong decision-making, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, managing office supplies, and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary diploma in business administration or a related field;
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, providing administrative support;
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Ease in adopting new tools and technologies;
  • A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and self-motivation;
  • Mature judgment and discretion when handling confidential information;
