Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cross-Chain Developer Advocate to join our team. As a key liaison between our development community and Volt Capital, you will foster relationships with developers, promote the growth of our technologies, and drive awareness among the developer ecosystem.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the community on protocols, standards, and technical specifications to ensure seamless integration with our platform.
  • Developing simple applications and proofs-of-concept using the Volt Capital stack to create engaging examples and enhance the developer experience.
  • Working closely with the education team to create high-quality content for various channels, including social media, website copy, blog posts, interviews, video scripts, animations, articles, and press releases.
  • Participating in events and offering guidance and support to developers and community members during physical and virtual gatherings.
  • Gathering feedback from projects utilizing Volt Capital and reporting findings to the team to inform product improvements.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective social media strategies.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with external developer communities to increase awareness and adoption of Volt Capital's solutions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong software development background and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in Blockchain, with a deep understanding of core concepts and a variety of use cases across gaming, DeFi, and enterprise spaces.
  • Exceptional content development and delivery skills.
  • Experience working with developer communities.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on your location and qualifications.
