Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at E.B. Horsman & Son. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, interpreting customer needs, and recommending products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by being supportive and working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interpret customer needs and troubleshoot issues to ensure order accuracy.
- Recommend products and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Generate, modify, and check sales orders and correctly fill out applicable documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff through strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be organized and able to adjust to high-volume customer requests.
- Comfortable using technology, including the phone, computer, and POS system.
- Electrical distribution/counter sales experience is an asset.
- Ability to use upper body full range of motion for wire cutting and hauling.
- Previous electrical industry experience is an asset.
- Basic mathematical skills with the ability to calculate simple equations mentally.
- Beginner computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software.
- Wide range of expertise in the products and services provided by E.B. Horsman & Son.
