About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Master Pizza Maker to join our team at Papa Joe's Pizzeria.

Job Summary: As a Master Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards. You will also supervise kitchen staff and helpers, manage kitchen operations, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer expectations and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervision and Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, including ordering and stocking as needed.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Will train applicants with secondary (high) school graduation certificates.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a fast-food outlet or concession environment.
  • Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, physically demanding tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.

Benefits and Compensation:
